Torch the Turkey

Come torch the turkey with us Thanksgiving morning. Great way to start the day and prepare for the Thanksgiving feast.

This workout will be bootcamp style with weights and some cardio. Modifications will be provided, so all levels are welcome.

You will need the following:

  • Light and medium weights

  • Mat if you have one

  • Water bottle
